Very nice and clean Hotel. Comfortable bedding, as you always can expect from Hilton. We got free upgrade to family room once I requested possibilities for a twin bed.

Overall, it's good. It's on the business side of the train station. The room is spacious and the furniture is nice. But the bathroom is too small and cramped, and the air conditioning in the room is not very powerful. (Maybe the room is too big and the power is too small) As for the breakfast, it basically meets the positioning standard of its four-star business. The environment is okay (Hannover Central Station is my second least favorite train station in Germany), but there is a disgusting smell around the train station.

Hilton Group is so poor, right? A bottle of 1-1.5 liter mineral water retails for less than 1 euro 3 euros for a glass bottle is enough, right? Free water is not provided. You must be a Silver Card member or above to enjoy a large bottle of glass bottled water worth 5 euros each during your stay. If you don't want to provide services, don't be so disgusting. I will never take the initiative to choose a hotel from the Hilton Group again.

Service is average. . . Conditions were crude. . . Sound insulation is not good. The deposit has not been refunded yet. . .

Hotels abroad are all similar, they are OK.
