I was very satisfied with this stay. I booked a family room (triple room). The house was clean and tidy. The facilities were voice-controlled. The children also liked it very much, especially the reception staff at the front desk. The attitude was very good and patiently answered, because it was not the check-in time when I went. We were provided with mineral water for free during the waiting period. Takeaway is delivered by robots. A little distance from popular scenic spots, not commercial areas, there is a park next to it, because of time constraints, did not go to transfer, overall it is very satisfactory. I will stay at this hotel next time!

He is responsible for collecting breakfast coupons, cooking noodles and collecting plates. My father and I used the coffee machine for the first time. We didn't know how to use it and ordered the wrong one. He kept watching coldly from the side. Not only did he not take the initiative to help, my father had no choice but to ask him for help. Excuse me, how do I use this machine? He came over reluctantly, without saying a word, and slammed the correct button with his hand. The coffee came out. My father didn't see which button he pressed, and he didn't answer when asked again. When cooking noodles, my father asked him to cook a bowl of soup noodles. He took out the noodles and said, this is only mixed noodles! My father said, just add some soup, he was still impatient, only mixed noodles, and then reluctantly added a spoonful of soup, saying, it's up to you! My father returned to the table and asked me quietly, why is his attitude bad? I don't know either. I just think that the service industry is not easy. Giving one star will bury the efforts of other waiters. For example, the aunt who cleaned the room said very politely, ”Thank you and take care” when I took the initiative to say we checked out. We can't let such an excellent waiter down by not giving one star. However, this waiter in black clothes who is not professional at all should be asked to reflect on your hotel.

Good and clean hotel but it’s little hard to find due to location and it’s main gate is behind parking ! Powerlong shopping mall is nearest mall which have everything like many restaurants and best for shopping

The TV didn't work well. I adjusted it twice but it didn't work. When I checked in, I got a toothbrush and slippers (the soles of the slippers were very thin). There was shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower room, but nothing else. When I stayed in other hotels, there were small soaps in the room, as well as cotton swabs, dental floss, combs, alcohol pads, and a small bottle of facial cleanser. The price of 490 is not low, and there is no breakfast. The free parking is good, and there is a lady at the front desk with a good attitude. I am not very satisfied with the rest. I hope it can be improved.

I am very satisfied with the room facilities, such as bath towels are bigger than other places. There are cute children's slippers, the laundry room on the 5th floor has a high-end washing and drying machine, and it is also the only hotel that has dared to open air conditioning in the laundry room. It is very cool and has lived in many hotel laundry rooms. Breakfast is particularly rich, yogurt coffee, Western and Chinese, this must be praised 👍. The only thing that the bed is very soft, my back hurts 😅 this complains me, I am used to the hard bed.

It was a great experience, even though I only stayed for one night. There were a lot of activities. I made a fan by myself. It was my first time to experience making a handmade fan. I felt very accomplished! I won the first place in the sandbag throwing competition and was given a portion of sweet and sour pork ribs👏. At the bonfire party in the evening, the little friend also experienced roasting marshmallows, which was very delicious😋. Finally, our housekeeper Xiaonan was also very enthusiastic. No matter when I asked her questions, she would answer me in time. She would also remind us before the activities, and the key was to remind us to eat breakfast, which was great for those of us who don't remember time🌟

Room was nice and spacious, general hygiene of the rooms are decent. Only downside wades that our room was very strong smell of smoke, something we noticed about the building in general. If that doesn't affect you then I would recommend due it's value and location
