We only stayed here for one night but there were many aspects that really wowed us about this hotel. The location of this hotel to the west lake is only a 20 min walk or a brief 10 min bike ride. Definitely go by bike, there’s good bike lanes all along the way. The breakfast at this hotel really blew us away. A ton of freshly made (literally in front of you) and high quality food with a lot of choices. They recently opened a bar and they had live music at night. We got a complementary drink because it’s new and trying to attract new customers and it was tasty.

Hotel location pretty good. Near bus stop but a bit far arroung 1.2 km to subway station. But actually we can explore with bus. There are washing machine that we can use.

The front desk service is very good 👍👍👍, worthy of being a hotel of Zhejiang University, full of the fragrance of books. Breakfast is 20, with many varieties, very good value. There is no subway at the door, but the bus station is very convenient, not far from the West Lake, you can ride a shared bicycle. Before leaving, the front desk also gave the child a dragon year pendant.

I took my family out to play and booked three rooms. The family room was sunny and my parents liked it very much. I chose several B&Bs and finally chose Guishu B&B. I made the right choice. It is really worth recommending. The boss lady's warm and warm service. The location is very good. Go out to the botanical garden to see plum blossoms. The room is clean and tidy. The bedding is special. I asked the boss lady about the soybean silk quilt. It is convenient to go to any scenic spot. The online car-hailing service goes directly to the door. It is more convenient to eat. Qingzhiwu Street is full of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Come again next time

I am very satisfied with the room, especially the parent-child room. The children played like crazy. The staff were also very attentive and thoughtful. They watched us take care of our children and gave us warm water when we came in and out.

Reception is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is convenient only 5 mins walk to metro station. There is luckin coffee and family convenient store within walking distance to the hotel. The hotel offers free afternoon snack which includes sandwich waffles fruit and dessert, as well as coffee machine. I would recommend this hotel to solo travellers as well as family travel.

One of the most beautifully located hotels I’ve ever been to in China. It is located next to the village entrance of Hangzhou Botanical Garden. To have the view from the balcony room was amazing and it felt like it brought me closer to nature. So many little shops, bars and restaurants were walking distance from the hotel. It was also very kind of them to gift guests with free e-bike rentals. I would absolutely stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou.
