We only stayed here for one night but there were many aspects that really wowed us about this hotel. The location of this hotel to the west lake is only a 20 min walk or a brief 10 min bike ride. Definitely go by bike, there’s good bike lanes all along the way. The breakfast at this hotel really blew us away. A ton of freshly made (literally in front of you) and high quality food with a lot of choices. They recently opened a bar and they had live music at night. We got a complementary drink because it’s new and trying to attract new customers and it was tasty.

Location was great, around 15 mins didi away from Xihu. Service from the staff was fabulous, making the stay very much comfortable. As I arrived during wee hours, the staff was still enthusiastic in welcoming us and gave us light snacks while settling down. Room cleanliness in terms of the toilet sink could be improved. Otherwise pleasant stay.

I came to Hangzhou from Nanjing to experience this new hotel, and the experience was good. First of all, the location is easy to find. You can walk 100 or 200 meters after getting off the subway. It is Metro Line 19, which connects Hangzhou East, Hangzhou West, the airport and West Lake Square Station. I took the subway from Hangzhou East and arrived in 10 minutes. It is also very close to West Lake. I rode a shared car for 3 kilometers in the morning. Secondly, the room is very large and spacious. The hot spring is much larger than I thought. It feels that three people are not crowded in it. I can even do breaststroke and kick my legs in it alone. The hot spring fills the water quickly and is very comfortable. Then the bed is also very large and comfortable. There are two pillows of different softness, and the quilt is also very fluffy. The TV is super large, and it is very comfortable to watch TV in bed. There is also a very natural and light fragrance in the room, which is looming and very comfortable. The new hotel is quite good. The room is spotless, the facilities and decorations are very clean and tidy. The hair dryer is from Lefen, the TV is from Xiaomi, there is a smart toilet, and the washing machine and dryer are also very convenient. If you want to wash clothes, it is recommended that you get the laundry detergent at the front desk in advance, otherwise it will be too troublesome to take the elevator downstairs to get it. The two handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk are also very good. The 001 guy who received me at the check-in was efficient and efficient. He answered all questions and considered a lot of things for the guests. Thumbs up. The breakfast is also good, the environment is good, there are freshly cooked noodles, rice noodles and wontons, and many other things, which are quite rich.

I am very satisfied with the room, especially the parent-child room. The children played like crazy. The staff were also very attentive and thoughtful. They watched us take care of our children and gave us warm water when we came in and out.

The design of the hotel is interesting. The breakfast is good. ”-” The hotel has been operating since 2016. The furniture already needs updating. The bed linen and towels are clean, but the hygiene of the bathroom and toilet needs to be improved. It's very dark in the shower.

I had a lovely stay at this home stay. The owner was the friendliest host who went out of her way to help me. Although I could not speak Chinese, we could communicate through the translator app. She did my laundry free of charge and when it came to leave, booked me a taxi to the train station. I struggled to pay for the ride as I couldn’t pay in cash and my app was not working. She paid the taxi and did not want payment as she said we were now friends. Her kind and helpful gestures will always be remembered.

Stayed for two days, my family loved it, especially the kids. They took photos in the tea garden, and the Lingyin Temple and West Lake nearby were also very close. When checking out, there was a little God of Wealth for free, which was very cute and had a good meaning. The special cakes in the room were also delicious, which was in line with the characteristics of the hotel's tea culture. The hotel's butler service was very nice. I would like to praise the butler Xiaodai for his timely care and proper resolution of any problems.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this bnb! The location is perfect, just a short distance from the Hangzhou Botanical Garden, making it a peaceful and scenic spot. The room was impeccably clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. As someone who is very sensitive to noise, I slept like a log every single night! The host, the owner lady, was incredibly warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. When I caught a cold during my trip, she not only went out to buy medicine for me but also gave me extra supplies to help me recover. Her kindness and thoughtfulness were truly heartwarming. She upgraded my room without me asking! Despite the language barrier (I don’t speak Mandarin), she made every effort to communicate and ensure I had everything I needed. Her hospitality made my stay in Hangzhou truly delightful and memorable. The convenience of having a bus right outside the complex was also a huge plus, making it easy to explore the city. I cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and welcoming place to stay in Hangzhou, this is it. One of the most beautifully located hotels I’ve ever been to in China. It is located next to the village entrance of Hangzhou Botanical Garden. To have the view from the balcony room was amazing and it felt like it brought me closer to nature. So many little shops, bars and restaurants were walking distance from the hotel. It was also very kind of them to gift guests with free e-bike rentals. I would absolutely stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou.
