Convenient location, competitive price, nice view, spacious, tastefully and thoughtfully furnish and most importantly excellent service by the staff. The duty manager Sam Zhang was extremely welcoming and helpful. When the food delivery robots were all busy as it’s the peak hours, he personally brought my food up. Mr Allen Jiang from the concierge was also very helpful during my stay from start to end, helping me my parcels and luggages. It’s the best place to stay at in Hangzhou, especially if you are attending a concert or event at the stadiums nearby.
