已經住過幾次了，這次解鎖了香園的別墅，非常好的體驗，景色怡人，房間舒適，床品睡的好舒服。雨後降温，陽台和庭院裏喝茶聊天，滿眼都是取景框。送的spa和文化體驗活動都很好。哦，還要重點説一下餐廳很好吃，很好吃，謝謝

這幾天的杭州時雨時晴，我喜歡天晴，也喜歡下雨，也喜歡湘湖這偏安一隅的逍遙莊園，每次入住都讓我覺的可以讓生活慢下來。同時感謝管家小潘的熱情服務，幫忙升級了房型，很好給本次入住體驗加分了。

一次全家三代人都滿意的出行。逍遙莊園環境和硬件幾乎沒有短板，酒店位於湘湖旁邊風景優美鬧中取靜，閑來可以去湖邊散步若要去購物餐飲幾公里內就有商業中心，非常方便。酒店內園林一步一景，房間佈局合理設施完備。最驚艷的是管家服務，貼心周到，專業高效與其他虛有其表的管家完全不可同日而語，很贊。因為帶長者同行，為了房間更近一點特意升級到庭院景觀別墅還貼心的準備了除濕機。旅拍的服務也很周到，照片很不錯。

這是我住過最差的別墅酒店，將近6千一晚的房費，所有體驗極差，到的第一晚開接駁車小哥邊開車邊低頭看手機，蛇形，到別墅門口猛一個急剎車把我小孩額頭磕在前面鐵扶手上，説了一聲對不起，看我沒説話後，他還生氣了，給我把行李丟在門口就走了，以前的別墅酒店都會幫忙拿上樓。告訴前台後，前台來房間也衹會説對不起，沒有任何實質補救，第二天叫接駁車送停車場拿東西，不送，説規定的（但是第一天晚上有回停車場拿東西送了），後面在停車場看到兩台接駁車送客人，區別對待相當嚴重，住進去第一晚洗手枱下面看到沒清理乾淨的垃圾（一張用過的紙巾），整體衞生比較差，洗完頭準備吹乾時發現吹風筒是壞的，後面去另一間房找了沒壞的用，小孩洗澡發現一衹很長的多足蟲，嚇壞了，防蟲做的不好。看來評分不能盡信，以後訂酒店要麼認準大品牌，要麼好好做功課。
