酒店的地理位置非常好，坐落於湘湖景區，離市區不遠不近，屬於酒店在景區裏，景區在酒店裡那種。酒店設施齊全且現代，房間裝修優雅，房間內的窗簾，燈光一鍵控制，馬桶也是智能的，房間裏有開放式廚房，設施齊全，有冰箱、油煙機、電磁爐灶、烤箱、消毒櫃等，而且都是博世品牌。房間附帶的半室外大泡池，水是24小時恆温的，足夠熱。工作人員態度友好且專業，管家小潘入住前一天就電話聯繫，瞭解客人的需求和到店時間，幫助預約一些活動，提前加熱泡池水等，無論是前台接待還是客房服務都令人滿意。還有無限量供應的各種飲品、小食品和水果。房間到主樓的擺渡車隨叫隨到。酒店的整體衞生情況非常好，不論是房間還是公共區域都非常乾淨整潔。這次住宿體驗非常滿意。
