房間有異味，門框損壞但無人維護，房間內體重秤沒電。早餐無人引導，地面非常粘，餐廳酒櫃衞生欠佳，洗手池旁邊放插座安全意識較低。

結婚紀念日提前預訂了香園，前一天會有管家打電話詢問加微信，酒店送了花和蛋糕～別墅區是在前台旁邊另一個專門的區域辦理入住，飲料、小零食和水果都可以免費拿，還給個袋子我們裝。到房間需要坐接駁車，大概幾分鐘就到了，還是挺快的，第二天吃完早飯我們是走回去的，走走拍拍照也就十幾分鍾，天氣好的話完全可以走路散步到主樓那邊。
別墅房型房間很大，外面有個客廳，還有露台陽台，卧室兩邊都是玻璃窗，拉開窗簾就是綠油油一片，環境很好，整個酒店隨便拍照都非常好看
服務：工作人員都會主動打招呼，有什麼需求響應也很快。就是辦理入住的時候給我們介紹的語速有點快😂可以稍微慢一點哈

與以前不能比了，洗護用品都換成大瓶了，晚上11點想睡時拉開被子發現床單是臟的，打電話讓人來換，早餐沒有特色。
