The first hotel I chose for a spring outing with my baby. I was really satisfied. They upgraded my room for free. From check-in to check-out, every employee I met had a very good attitude and took the initiative to ask about my needs. The receptionist was really online 24 hours a day and could solve any problem for you. I'm already planning to come back for a second visit. I can't find any faults. It's really a five-star hotel.

It was a real surprise when I opened the door~ The living room, bathroom, bedroom, yard, terrace, hot spring... everything is huge! Went there for my wedding anniversary and bought a package at a very affordable price. It was my second stay, so the hotel arranged a room in the same location as the first time, which was far from the front desk. I don't know if it was because of the special room. Toiletries were given at the front desk when checking in, six bottles of water, free mini bar, and snacks and drinks at the front desk. As for the service, it was OK, there was a butler, a small decoration, and a surprise cake. Thank you for the hotel's arrangement.
