這次入住杭州望湖賓館的體驗堪稱完美，強烈推薦給每一位來杭的旅人！從踏入大堂的瞬間，就能感受到賓至如歸的氛圍，前台袁菁菁熱情專業，辦理入住高效流暢，介紹手機付款寶按電梯等功能，還貼心地為我規劃了周邊景點遊覽路線。
客房佈置典雅温馨，衞生狀況無可挑剔，柔軟的床品和舒適的衞浴設施讓人倍感放鬆。樓層亞軍積極配送物資，熱情周到。最驚艷的是房間可以看到部分湖景，8樓湖景視野絕佳。
賓館的餐飲也令人驚喜，早餐種類豐富，既有地道的杭州特色小吃，也有西式糕點、新鮮水果，滿足不同口味需求。
