和網上的圖片根本不是一回事。公共區域全是灰色的，看着就臟裏吧唧的。泳池的水有點黏膩感，天台的草都有半人高。缺乏管理和維護，上樓的電梯裏還有蟑螂亂竄。我們房間洗手枱有幾根短髮，入住的時候就有。我兩是長髮，不是我們的。
預訂的時候，多加錢訂了有早飯的套餐。酒店廣告説西式早餐，結果送來的是冷掉的小籠包，豆漿油條，小米粥。這玩意兒一人算50？做生意的良心呢？問前台，這是廣告上承諾的西式早餐？前台回覆説西式提供不了。
員工態度一直蠻好的，補送了兩杯咖啡。
這單評價，唯一的分數，是給你們幾個前台的。
這種管理的酒店，我很好奇網上的好評怎麼來的？
我去的時候牆全是黑灰的，純白純白的圖片怎麼拍出來的？有幾個説還就是前些天住的。離大譜。
搞營銷推廣的精力拿一半來維護酒店運營就不會客户體驗那麼差了。避雷，這個價格都能住西湖邊風景民宿了。
