颱風剛過，去山東的高鐵一早被取消了，臨時決定帶長者小孩一同遊杭州，訂房間入住都非常順利！而且酒店位置距離西湖非常近，酒店正門正對麴院風荷3號門，出門就可以看風景👍服務十分周到，不論是打掃的阿姨還是送房間用品，以及佈置卧室和前台的工作人員都非常有禮貌，在此點名感謝（羅玉宇，何玉婷）。整體文化氛圍濃厚，環境清幽。對比雙床房，感覺大床房空間更開闊些。

酒店的服務非常貼心，一進門帥氣的小哥哥就一路幫我們拿行李送到了房間，酒店還貼心的為小朋友準備了暑期大禮包，服務員丁曉軍特別細心，及時為房間補足水分，還給了茶葉。酒店的景色非常美，距離麴院風荷就3分鐘的路程，離蘇堤、碼頭也非常近，交通十分便利。另外，酒店的早餐也比較豐富，小餛燉味道特別好。

就在西湖邊上，環境很不錯，早餐也很不錯，拌麪特別香，一樓的房間有點潮濕，不過房間配了吸潮的機器。酒店的中餐廳也挺好，帶着老老小小的入住，比較方便。

西湖畔，楊公堤邊，迎面就是麴院風荷…..帶着兩寶入住了山莊親子房，進門時寶貝高喊“房間真大”，驚喜的還是一張超大床，很軟很舒服，房間也很有小童氣息：小燕巢、各種小可愛玩具…還貼心準備了迎到留言、小禮袋、下午水果等等，每天在我們遊玩回來前還貼心的將空調温度調好……好多貼心小細節，黃子玲、劉茹、李銀平這些工作人員就像家人一樣暖心周到，很感謝。還有不得不提的，是山莊的早餐自助餐非常豐富，味道很贊，寶貝們讚不絕口👍
