幫爸爸媽媽定的，長者非常滿意，酒店環境清幽雅緻，服務更是沒話説，司機鄭師傅全程陪同接送，夜裡值班賀經理還幫忙買葯，延遲退房，以後來杭州必定選擇這酒店。

酒店小而精緻，景色很美。早餐也不錯。酒店自己的餐廳味道也很好。下雨了孩子在酒店的童玩室玩得也很開心。酒店離柳浪聞鶯非常近，走路到雷鋒塔也就20多分鐘。非常感謝賓客關係小胡，有問必答，也非常貼心，入住的兩天非常舒適。

這次旅遊最滿意最幸運的的就是通過打酒店前台電話，認識了賓客關係的小胡女士。從入住前的各種免費為我解答關於酒店預訂和各項服務開始，到為我聯繫手搖船，提供杭州西湖遊的攻略，讓當時還未出發的我覺得特別的放心和安心。並且酒店考慮到父母年紀大了，都儘量滿足我的房間需求。在到達酒店後，媽媽一瞬間就被酒店精緻的園景給吸引了，晚上因為有點熱，也不需要出酒店，就能直接欣賞到雷峯塔和西湖。真的是太美了。並且在我覺得房間有點不通氣後，工作人員立馬熱情的幫我更換房間，真的非常感動。大家都特別的親切。第二天媽媽一直説沒住夠，下次也不用去啥別的酒店，就還要來這，真的超級推薦這家景美人善的酒店。

一直對柳鶯裏有所耳聞，衹以為它景美精緻，不知道服務超級好呢。酒店所有的工作人員都很友好，讓我們有賓至如歸的體驗感。到的比較晚了，第二天一早身處西湖美景之中，心曠神怡，吃過早飯步行到錢王祠碼頭坐船上導遊，自駕停車是免費的很方便，滿分推薦。特別表揚賓客關係小胡超級優秀，提前詢問我的需求，小朋友的洗漱用品拖鞋早就放在房間裏面了，也貼心地給予幫助，十分感謝。
