帶爸媽來西溪濕地度個假，酒店的園林設計結合古色古香的一棟棟獨立式木屋，閑逛在酒店室外公共區域，各種蜿蜒曲折的林間小道，聽着鳥語聞着花香，很是愜意，爸媽很喜歡。
進門湖景庭院的設計很別具一格，私密性高。
早餐的各種江南小吃品種還是挺豐富的，味道不算驚喜，坐在户外沿河看風景，整體感覺還是很好的。
衞生間的地磚牆磚略顯陳舊了點。

整體感受非常一般，如果説來杭州遊玩，我應該不會再次選擇這家酒店了。一進入酒店我是很開心的，但辦理入住的小哥給我感覺還不如幾百塊的服務，全程黑臉，我的要求是入住歡迎水果儘快上，我有點餓了，問也不問直接拒絕我，且全程黑臉，我朋友也覺得感受較差，入住後給我感覺酒店人手不夠，問什麼事都要等。沒有感受到什麼服務，以至於本想住兩晚最後沒有續住。還有就是鑰匙，非常的不好開。酒店面積不大，景色沒有很吸引我，服務有待提升，幫我拿行李的小劉還挺不錯的，帶我們去找飯店，送我到車上，還是很感謝。

I came to Hangzhou for the weekend and was amazed by what I saw in Xixi. The service was thoughtful, the room was clean, and the environment was very quiet, with birds singing and frogs croaking. It was wonderful to see the stream when I opened the window in the morning. Surprisingly, the food in the hotel restaurant was also delicious! Both dinner and breakfast were good! I will stay here again when I come to Hangzhou next time.
