都有專人帶着、介紹
體驗很好
Check in有送歡迎的龍井茶、糕點和水果（給的水果也都很好，並不敷衍
房間設計也都很喜歡
方方面面的細節都做得很好
Mini bar都可以飲用食用（這一點真的比同價位的五星級酒店好太多了
還配備了卸粧巾、衞生巾、戴森、marshall等物品
都比五星級酒店貼心多了
早餐是半自助式的
點餐的西式早餐很好吃
我老公點了兩次
自助的鮮榨果汁我很喜歡 純天然無添加
離開酒店的時候還送了布袋裝好的小禮物

住宿體驗非常好，環境也非常優美。雖然在山上，但搭車也是非常方便。酒店的早餐選擇更多，而且挺好吃。沒想到酒店的dirty咖啡會是這麼出色！下次再來杭州一定會再來！
