民宿環境優美，進門的小花園讓人有一種心曠神怡的感覺，房間床鋪柔軟舒適，衞生乾淨整潔，老闆和小哥都熱情好客，給人一種温暖舒服、家的感覺！還有幾衹可愛的毛孩子！

地理位置優越，就在西湖附近的虎跑，去哪裡都很方便。小店設計的很漂亮，據説是老闆請了設計師的。讓人賞心悦目。老闆和小哥的服務態度都很好，老闆娘還是國家一級茶藝師，晚飯後還能在茶室坐着喝喝茶，很享受。

酒店很乾凈房間很大，有個超大的露台，窗外看上去很愜意，淡季人不多體驗很好。老闆一家人都超超好，非常熱情，還有三衹小狗跟孩子玩得很開心。

之前也看到評論，所謂B棟就是兩個分開的房間「胭脂」和「硃砂」。我猜房東這樣稱呼是因為這兩個房間是獨立一條樓梯上去(如圖)，其他房間是在接待處的左邊樓梯上去而已。
兩個房間就是要經過一條室外的走廊（如圖），當天入住是下雨，所以非常不方便。位於室外的露台也用不到。
有趣的是「硃砂」房間對着露台是一大快樂地玻璃和浴缸，這個設計我也很懷疑到底多少人會用得到，不太實用，但是拍照好看。
而「胭脂」房間的全透明浴室（自行查看trip.com圖片）實在完全不實用，它裏面有窗簾，但是窗簾和窗簾之間的罅隙剛好就是對準洗澡和去廁所的地方，非常諷刺，我敢說房東肯定沒有使用過這個全透明的浴室，即使是情侶，想好好上廁所和洗澡的時候實在非常不方便。幸好「朱砂」房間是正常一個浴室房間（如圖）。
另外，我住的是「胭脂」房間，水溫非常難控制，雖然它有貼心的寫着要水多放一會兒才會有熱水，但問題不是沒有熱水，問題是它會忽冷忽熱，幸好溫差不算很大，還算可以，只是熱的時候非常熱。而且我明明是三個人入住「胭脂」房間，床有兩張但一模一樣大小，但收了我三人的價錢，實在有點虧。

餐飲：早餐堪稱一絕，食材新鮮，種類豐富，既有當地特色小吃，又有營養均衡的西式餐點，每一口都飽含着民宿的用心與誠意。在這裏，還可以品嚐到民宿主人親手烹製的家常菜餚，味道純正，讓人回味無窮。

房間很乾凈 在虎跑的路上 院子很安靜 非常愜意，這裏經常都是回頭客比較多，老闆娘是一個很舒服很温暖的人 還是一位國家級茶藝師，給我們泡茶 ，好喝，暖暖得！非常nice！！

民宿坐落在虎跑邊，房間佈置温馨，環境幽靜，樓下還可以跟朋友一起喝喝茶聊聊天，旁邊就是小童公園動物園，帶小朋友出門走路幾分鐘就到達目的地，特別方便 有機會一定再來。

民宿就在景區的一條小巷子裏，剛開始還擔心不好找，但其實很容易就找到了。房間很乾凈，沒有什麼異味，床品很舒服，晚上睡得特別好。民宿裏還有個小小的茶室，可以在那喝茶、看書。工作人員的服務態度也很贊
