設施：陳舊，隔音效果太差了，樓上上廁所和洗漱都能聽到聲音，常聽到拉尿聲。豪華單人房面積太小20平米左右，繼住價格高於4星級酒店單價。
衞生：一般
環境：太差了，在小巷裡導航都找不到，窗户打開就能聞到油煙味。
