Clean room, good location and excellent service

The service of the hotel is very good. The handsome boy named Neil at the front desk upgraded us to a river view room. The Fuchun River is very beautiful. Thank you, handsome boy.

Pros- great view of the river (got upgraded to a river view room), all the staff was so friendly and a lot spoke English, asked for ice twice and it was promptly brought up to the room, decent options on the breakfast buffet (especially if you’ve been in China for a while), an outdoor pool (unfortunately closed due to COVID, a bathtub, a buffet dinner located in the hotel lobby, hotel was clean and well maintained Cons- (for Westerners ) beds were not the hardest I’ve slept on in China but not the softest either and the AC in the room was not able to be controlled individually. The room was rather hot and at times uncomfortable

An authentic old five-star hotel with a great location. The hotel is right at the Fuchun River promenade, and parking is convenient for self-driving. The rooms are fully equipped, comfortable, neat and clean. The service attitude is great, and the breakfast is rich in variety.

Hangzhou Fuyang International Trade Center Hotel is definitely a hotel I recommend to everyone, especially the Dongwu Night Moor type of room in this hotel, which was renovated in 2023. The room is spacious and bright, and the decoration is modern. The hotel as a whole is still customer-centric, with warm service, complete facilities, rich breakfast, and a grand lobby! I booked a Dongwu Night Moor City View Twin Room, which was upgraded to a River View Room after arriving at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the river, and you can see the sunrise in the room in the morning! The hotel also provided an unexpected surprise-free car cleaning service. This stay was very good. The upgraded river view room has a beautiful view, first-class service, clean and tidy room, especially the shower water is very good. The breakfast is also rich. It is worth recommending.

The room is decorated in an old-fashioned style, and the air conditioner is very hot. Fortunately, there is a window, and the river view room has a nice view. The service is in place and satisfactory. All the waiters, whether in the guest room, restaurant or Chinese restaurant, are very enthusiastic. There are welcome fruits and homemade mung bean cakes. The two cans of drinks and a small bag of potato chips in the small refrigerator are also free; the breakfast is rich and thoughtful, and even foods such as beef vermicelli soup and preserved eggs are available... The Chinese restaurant has no complaints except that it is more expensive than the local average price. The only complaint is the old-fashioned decoration, too many mirrors, and you will be scared when you wake up in the middle of the night.

The location is very good, facing the very beautiful Fuchun River, the hotel service is excellent, the hygiene is very good, and the New Year atmosphere is very strong. I especially like the hotel's breakfast. Compared with Marriott, Hilton, and InterContinental, it is more down-to-earth, more delicious, and has a Jiangnan flavor.
