酒店環境出乎我的意料，非常幽靜怡人。
設施乾淨衞生，工作人員服務周到，早餐也很豐盛。總體來説，對我一個對細節要求有點高的人來説算非常滿意了。

不太喜歡給差評，都不容易，但是忍不住吐槽一下，辦理入住時聽到升級房型還是很開心的，緊接着就要加微信給好評，還要按照格式給就覺得呵呵～第一次碰到升級房型還要講條件的，辦理入住按金1000，房間衞生情況一般，床頭都是灰，隔音一點也不好，半夜都能聽見別的房間上廁所的開關門聲，睡得一點都不好～

住在湘湖邊上，環境較好，酒店乾淨，安靜，適合養老。服務一般，配不上這個價位，住店管家都沒有，不適合親子。贈送的旅拍，山城遊，文化課都是預約已滿，一樣都沒享受到，坑

酒店在湘湖旁邊，風景優美，酒店設計很漂亮，房間很新。很適合家庭出遊。但是酒店內可以散步騎自行車的公區小，想騎自行車玩要走出去，路上車比較多。

酒店在湘湖景區，裝修風格大氣優雅，環境優美風景宜人，可惜入住第二天下雨沒有時間逛附近景點。房間乾淨整潔，但拐角處的房型視野不好。温泉水温適中，除了前面小朋友扔的礦泉水瓶，整體還算乾淨，服務人員態度很好，交辦的事情能夠及時響應。提供mini吧飲料。反饋兩個問題：1、温泉台階有輕微漏電現象，2、小童樂園中捆綁軟墊的紮帶有鋭角割破了孩子嘴角。應及時處理。
