The waiter said that this problem had occurred many times, and tried to call the front desk from the phone in the room, but it was not connected. So I used the intercom to communicate. During the communication, the other party (probably the front desk) kept saying that it didn’t work before. I looked for it and it didn’t work. There was no practical way to deal with the problem. I stood by and waited for the whole process. Finally, the waitress went down to help me get a card. 3. After a while, the front desk actually asked me through the phone in my room (can it be dialed again at this time?) that my card was at the front desk. Did I check out? I said no, and then asked me to repeat all the previous events. 4. I used Ctrip’s quick note to book the room. It was quiet. I was given a room near the elevator and the elevator was very loud. The entire stay was not normal from beginning to end.
