蛇年來杭州打卡，體驗杭州的魅力，斷橋殘雪，白蛇傳，雷峯塔等經典故事都與蛇有關。選了這家酒店雖然離西湖景點有距離，但勝在交通便利，房間裏設施齊全，外面地鐵可以無縫銜接。前台小林頗有耐心，入住和退房都是小林接待，今年有機會再來

酒店地理位置非常好，門口就是地鐵2號線和5號線，酒店也有停車場，出行很方便，關鍵住的也很舒服，前台小秦業務熟練服務很好，五星好評

春節期間帶寶寶去杭州玩，選擇這個酒店，環境看着很乾凈，可以提供嬰兒床，可以煮東西，房間裏面有電池爐，冰箱，微波爐。這個挺不錯的。硬件是可以的。
酒店內是有月子中心的，看到很多月嫂進進出出。
説點不足晚上隔音不是很好，走道有小孩大聲喊叫房間是會被影響。
其次，早飯很簡陋，有種養老院的感覺，桌子擺放很密集。
最後，就是餐廳的服務特別差，咖啡沒了也不及時處理，服務員也找不到一個，正好邊上有個穿着廚師衣服的人，看着衣服挺高級的，但是叫了好幾遍都沒反應，直到我上前去，他來了一句，這個你找我也沒用，你要找服務員，牛牛牛，這服務態度是真的好。
後來叫來的服務員也是一臉不屑，象我欠他錢一樣。可能老闆虧待他了吧。
最後是一個師傅路過，幫我加的咖啡豆，他就很好的體現出服務的態度，在顧客提出需求後，不是推卸責任，而且上前處理。衹給他點贊。

位置方便，樓下就是地鐵2號線，附近有萬象城、龍湖天街吃飯也很方便，前台服務超滿意，非常熱情。房間舒適寬敞明亮，還贈送了小禮品，下次還會入住。

酒店位置特別好，門口有地鐵可以到火車站，西湖，地鐵換乘靈隱寺的接駁車也方便，回來晚了還給延遲退房，電話裏前台小林一直讓我們慢慢來不用急，附近有銀泰城，點外賣很快就到了，機器人能送餐，基本不用自己動手

寬敞明亮，大窗户視野特別好；設施也不錯，很舒服；到浙大紫金港校區打車10多塊錢，到西湖打車20多塊錢，到杭州東站不到30塊錢；酒店門口就是地鐵站，還有印象城和銀泰兩個商場，裏面有盒馬還有吃飯的地方，很方便，共享單車也就七八分鐘的路程。推薦👍🏻
