提幾個缺點，第一，一進房間就一股黴味，前一天剛下過雨，被子有一股潮濕的黴味，這是我最不能忍受的。
第二，早餐品類太少了，大部分都是西餐，相比於同級別的其他酒店，這早餐真的不能看。而且早餐擺盤華而不實，有些竟然衹是展覽品，很亂。
第三，贈送的糕點竟然赤裸的擺放在房間的桌上，上面沒有任何覆蓋！僅僅用一個盤子裝。用個帶有蓋子的木盒子裝有這麼困難嘛？ 我前一天晚上吃了一塊兒，然後第二天房間打掃完衞生，還剩兩塊，你覺得這兩塊兒我還能吃嗎？
當然也有優點，吹風機是戴森的，這我確實沒想到。
給酒店一點建議吧，別搞那些華而不實的升級房型，你升級了湖景房，看出去的視線依然被一棟小矮樓影響感官了。 把我提到的這些問題加強一下才是正解。

為了躲避人山人海的節假日，選擇了這家酒店。首先管家Sarah還是給我印象很深的。入住當天，原本在排隊，但她似乎認出了我（她是怎麼知道是我的呢？），居然直接幫我單獨辦了入住 ，算是第一次體驗到如此細心的接待服務。其次，房間硬件設施方面和預期一樣，個別小瑕疵不影響整體的入住體驗。比如電視不都是高清屏的，頻道數量少了點。不過泳池是超出我的預判。從進更衣室開始，給人的感覺就不錯。至少比有些同基本的酒店，外包給第三方的泳池比，要好的多。水深1.2米，對於帶孩子的家庭來説很棒，中間泳道夠大，池底也乾淨。跟2天前的泳池裡有蒼蠅，池底還有異物比，真的算是很好了。泡池居然是有分冷熱的，而且旁邊還有可以小憩的S型床，考慮的算很周全了。吹風機是戴森的，配套的東西也不會差。唯一的小瑕疵就是淋浴的水温。建議帶孩子的朋友，不要讓孩子去調温，有個別水温不穩定。總體來説，基本滿足了一節游泳課的全部要求。孩子也想下次再來體驗。隨便説一下，外面的健身房也是很有人氣的。最後想給早餐提點建議，服務是沒話説的，菜品偏中餐，能有鮮榨油條和麻球，確實出乎我的預料，可惜西餐包和糕點品種少了點，中式麪點少了點。希望下次入住的時候，可以再次驚艷我。
