位置是真好！非常好！設施雖然舊了些，但無論是平時還是春節，性價比還是很高的。
衞生做的很不乾淨，可能也是酒店太舊了吧，衞生怎麼做也乾淨不了，所以連桌椅都不擦了。
態度極其惡劣，五樓做衞生的阿姨簡直盛氣凌人，前台的部分工作人員也挺厲害的…酒店是國營的麼，太厲害了。

房間的硬件設施很陳舊了，特別是空調排風在夜晚等同於拖拉機，開着睡太吵，不開着睡會着涼，衹有一條被子，最後不得不在轟鳴中關掉排風，早上不出意料的感冒了，其實酒店地理位置很好，周邊環境也很安靜，酒店整體也很乾凈，挺可惜的。

The location of the hotel is really good, right by the West Lake. You can see the West Lake just across the road. Maybe because of the Spring Festival, the room hygiene is not good. When I was looking for something, I saw everything under the bed, including hairpins, socks, tissues...
