新橋飯店地理位置極佳，出門拐彎走一段就是西湖了。由於是老飯店，相對來説設施比較舊。樓上有個觀景陽台還是不錯的。最好吃的是早餐的一碗麪。很多人排隊。陽春三月，桃紅柳綠的西湖邊散步，甚是愜意。

此次來杭州，選擇入住貴店，選對了。前台服務員都很熱情，對待我們老年住客很耐心，還邦我們升級了房間，滿足了我們的要求。特別是小遊，很暖❤️的，我們年紀大了，有時反映較慢，她很好，和和氣氣的，面帶笑容給予幫助。以後來杭州還會選擇貴店。

房間乾淨衞生，窗外就看到西湖，非常棒。酒店10樓有個觀景平台，能看到西湖全景，沒事去坐坐也很舒服。離西湖一公園走走就到，看夜景、音樂噴泉都很方便。值得推薦
