設施：舊了一點，不過沒什麼影響，沒配備護髮素
衞生：衞生是正常的五星級酒店水平
環境：周邊沒什麼吃飯的地方，到通惠中路、杭州南站地鐵站都是一公里以上

房間很大，服務也不錯。值得推薦。作為老酒店，設施確實有些老舊。不過還很好用。建議後面多更新一下房間的設施。尤其是電視。
