A few friends chose Rose Garden for a family gathering. Although it was the first time, I didn't feel strange at all. Whether it was the little brother and sister at the front desk, the welcoming doorman, or the restaurant service staff, they were all friendly like familiar friends, enthusiastic but not artificial. They sent SF Express without saying a word when they left something behind. On the first day of check-in, they enjoyed free dining, snacks, and Fu skewers, which revealed the hotel's attentiveness in service details. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained, elegant and clean. The toiletries and hair dryers are also branded. The breakfast variety is very rich, the ingredients are very fresh, and the quality of the Chinese restaurant is also very good! The hotel is very close to Songcheng and Jiuxi, away from the crowds of West Lake, and very quiet. I like it! I will come again next time!

I was quite surprised to book this room. I am used to the standard hotel style, but this slow resort style room made me feel far away from the city and on vacation after staying here for two nights. I hope this hotel can keep up the good performance and look forward to seeing it next time.

Let me start with the disadvantages. The location is a bit remote. In addition, the European style makes the room have sloping windows and the height of the floor depressing. Everything else is good. The garden is beautiful, the facilities are complete and well maintained, the dining is excellent, whether it is breakfast or lunch in the Chinese restaurant, the service staff is professional and polite, and the rose fragrance of the hotel is also a major feature.
