房間很大，我們基礎房型都有120平米，很寬敞。公區景觀的中式庭院也是別具一格，孩子很喜歡喂池塘裏的鴨子。服務很周到，印象最深的是退房的時候行李車來晚了，退房後前台傑妮芙還特意寄來了個小禮物表達歉意，非常有禮貌，五星好評

酒店坐落在西溪濕地絕佳的位置，無論是湖景、山景還是園林景觀，都美得讓人屏息。建築與自然完美融合，每一處細節都充滿東方韻味和現代奢華感，彷彿置身於一片隱世桃源。
笑玩旅拍的小武老師跟小福老師推薦了適合的服裝，從前期溝通到拍攝完成，攝影師都超級耐心，認真聽取我的需求，並給出專業建議。拍攝時很會調動情緒，讓原本有點緊張的我很快進入狀態，笑容和姿勢都很自然。

漫步在酒店每一步都像在畫中行走。設計細節充滿東方美學，從庭院到室內，靜謐又高級。
酒店的笑玩旅拍攝影師小武和小福服務態度非常好，後其實攝影師真的會‘讀心’！抓拍到的那些自然互動的瞬間，眼神和笑容裏全是真情實感，多年後翻看一定依然感動。這不是拍照，是幫我們留住了時光。
