住過這麼多西湖邊的酒店，這家絕對是TOP級體驗！前台有人會主動開門、提行李，辦理入住超快，還詳細介紹了酒店的設施和周邊路線。位置距離斷橋非常近，走路五分鐘左右就到了，晚上還能看到音樂噴泉，真是絕了！酒店還有免費的停車場和洗衣房，非常的照顧自駕出遊的客人。住的時候不小心把圍巾落在餐廳，沒過多久就有服務員送到房間，態度特別禮貌。每天打掃房間都會把東西補得整整齊齊，全程無縫銜接，體驗感拉滿～

在西湖邊住了這麼多家，這家是最驚喜的！位置絕佳，出門右轉走路兩三分鐘就是西湖，走路去武林夜市也衹要10分鐘。房間乾淨整潔，設施也很齊全，還有智能窗簾和藍牙音箱。服務人員都很熱情，離開的時候還送了一小罐西湖龍井，説是自己家採的，太貼心了～ 下次來杭州一定還住這！
