非常好的一次入住體驗，首先是地理位置，在房間就能目睹錢塘江的風貌，城市陽台近在咫尺，可以欣賞燈光秀。酒店設計很獨特，衞生是我住過最乾淨的酒店。最想提的就是酒店服務，感謝預訂部的韓經理，在得知帶長者孩子入住，提前把房間安排好，並升級了房間，讓我們一家感受到了什麼是無微不至的星級服務。以後來杭州，首選還是洲際酒店。

洲際雖然時間久了，但是老品牌值得信賴，帶娃出行還是需要選靠譜的酒店🏨
酒店各方面都不錯，出門就是地鐵口，室內佈置很有氛圍感，房間很大，衞生條件也不錯，早飯馬馬虎虎，工作人員態度很好，Susan和Icey服務也很棒，服務很到位。以後還是會選擇的。
