這家酒店外形很獨特，很戳我的喜好，酒店年味兒挺濃的，大堂裏面還有獅子和彩燈，房間景色也很好，有禮賓Fly小哥服務也很到位，行李還給我送到房間，總機 Lisa小姐姐，幫我解決了很多問題，出來得急，很多東西沒帶上，一個電話過去，東西都已經幫我備好到房間了，服務很體貼的，入住很滿意

房間設施不錯，房間很大，環境也很好晚上可以去城市陽台看看江！還有前台人員的服務非常周到細緻熱情，在酒店碰到的兩位工作人員Icey和Nicole都很nice！去大堂吧那邊點飲品也是andy幫我推薦製作的，印象深刻，推薦大家來體驗！

這次入住體驗非常棒!!酒店門口就是地鐵站，交通非常方便，旁邊就是錢塘江去看了旁邊的燈光秀!這邊是Icey接待我辦理的入住，很熱情的給我講解了酒店的周邊和設施~還送了我一份歡迎水果房間裏面面積很大，是大落地窗那種的，浴缸配備的有浴缸套。Nicole小姐姐幫我辦理的退房，美女小姐姐超甜，還送了我一個小洲寶留作紀念~推薦大家入住哦~

是出遊特意做攻略選的酒店，酒店環境超級好，交通便利，房間雖然設施有點舊，但打掃的超級乾淨，酒店服務也很好，每個部門的員工都很好，尤其是前台辦入住的nicole 和icey服務態度超級好，很耐心的介紹了酒店附近的購物中心和景點觀看，還贈送了小禮物 棒棒棒

I went to Hangzhou to see the filming locations for the movie The Passionate. The golden exterior of the Intercontinental Hotel stood out in the movie. I definitely wanted to stay here, so I made a reservation.
And to my surprise...! The room I stayed in overlooked the filming location opposite! I was so happy!
The room was spacious and comfortable. Room service was included, so I ordered fried rice and beef noodles. Both were delicious♫
It was a wonderful trip.
