優點：1、交通方便，公交、地鐵3號線近在咫尺，去哪都很方便。到黃龍體育中心步行15分鐘左右可達。2、房間很寬敞。3、酒店自帶園林，環境優美。4、服務挺周到，外賣不能進酒店，但可以打電話讓服務員幫忙送到房間。缺點：1、老牌酒店設施有點陳舊，智能化程度較低。2、早餐的甜點和熱菜種類很少，高峯期上菜速度有點慢。3、衞生清潔不夠仔細，淋浴間放沐浴用品的隔層的上面一層還有個剛撕下來的毛巾標簽，估計是上一個客人留下來的。

原本以為是老牌酒店會比較復古
沒想到酒店之前全部翻修過
現代和老錢風結合的很好
服務也很棒

黃龍飯店還是蠻喜歡的，挺適合出遊旅行，離杭州特色景點都挺近的，其中户外主題的設計房型，也算得上老牌酒店的革新，有了多種主題客房，豐富選擇，可惜的是買的套餐，想加錢升級房型，説因為特殊房型不行，挺sad的，早餐挺有特色的，𰻞𰻝麪
