The hotel is quite well located, but otherwise is quite basic. Being part of the Marriott brand, I expected a little more luxury, especially given the price - this is not a cheap place to stay but it looks and feels like a budget hotel. The room and everything in it (which was not much) was quite dated and shoddy. It’s also not a place for tall people - the bed was very short, even though the room was large and could accommodate a much larger bed. Breakfast is an additional 58 RMB per night if you book at the front desk, but if you change your mind and try to turn up on the day, it’s 128 RMB. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

First time to be at courtyard Marriott wulin, Hangzhou. The service was amazing!!! Staff are attentive even thou some are not able to communicate well in English, yet they address the problem. Cleanliness was fantastic, it was tidy, clean and organized. House keeping, they do change towels every day. Food wise, lots of choices.

We booked an executive twin room with breakfast. We are a family of three, and our child is 11 years old. The two beds are very comfortable. We have executive lounge treatment. Bellin Zhou Sirui in the executive lounge is very nice. This is my favorite executive lounge treatment. Afternoon tea from 3 to 5 pm, hot dishes from 5:30 to 7:30 pm, and drinks from 7:30 to 9:30 pm. After breakfast (breakfast is at the latest at 10:30, which is very good), go out to play, and go to the executive lounge to eat snacks when you come back. You can have dinner in the executive lounge at 5:30 pm. This solves the problem of eating. It saves a lot of time and energy. The swimming pool is on the fifth floor of this Wulin Courtyard Hotel, which is very convenient. Wu Bingbing in the lobby is very nice. She gave us welcome fruits and 3 more cans of Pepsi. If you order takeout, the takeout will usually be put in the takeout cabinet next to the hotel entrance. Just take the elevator down to get it. When I came back from the swimming pool, I found that I didn't bring my room card, so I couldn't enter the room. I didn't bring my cell phone either. I saw a landline in the corridor of our floor, so I tried to call my husband's cell phone number. It turned out that it should only connect to the service desk. The handsome guy at the service desk quickly gave me the room card and his attitude was very good. Thank you very much.

Marriott has excellent service! The room is clean and tidy, and the front desk service is great. I stayed here for the second time and will stay here next time! The breakfast is also very rich, which is a plus!

This time I had a great experience staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Hangzhou Wulin! The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was soft and nice to sleep on. The front desk lady was very patient and recommended nearby food. The location is excellent, and the business district is right outside, making it very convenient for shopping and eating! I will come again next time!
