位置確實特別好，去河坊街、鼓樓，距離簡直太友好了。定的主題親子房，一家四口住的還是蠻寬敞的，複式房間也夠大，該有的設備設施都有，恰好趕上下雨，小朋友們就在房間玩的也很開心。
幾個小問題，衞生確實有待提高；因為是民宿，所以談不上服務，但不耽誤入住退房的基本操作；民宿門口不在主路上，帶拉桿箱的有點麻煩，要走大概幾十米的人行路，這條本來就很窄的人行路走的各種電動車和自行車，而且速度都不慢，帶小孩子走的時候特別緊張。
性價比還算可以，如果帶小朋友，又不太追求高標準的衞生環境，還是推薦住這裏的。
