以前にもここに書いたように、ロケーションとホテルの方の対応はとてもよいです。
外国人が泊まれること、値段、ロケーション以外に、自分がこのホテルを選ぶ理由は、部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機があることです。
中長期滞在する場合、洗濯機と乾燥機があるのはとてもありがたいです。
部屋はきれいに掃除されてはいません。
チェックインすると、いつもまずウェットティッシュで、テーブルやタンスなど、使うところを掃除しています。
でも、自分にとっては、洗濯機と乾燥機があるので、これは大きな問題ではなく、かえって部屋に愛着がわく作業になっています。
もちろん、最初からきれいに掃除されているなら、言うことはありませんが。
また、乾燥機、電子レンジ、電灯、トイレの電動の蓋、キッチンの換気扇は、壊れていたり、動作が不安定だったりするので、きちんと点検して保守していただけると、もっとよくなります。
自分は洗濯機と乾燥機がきちんと動いてくれれば、それ以外の設備の不具合は我慢できます。
自分にとってはよいホテルなので、次回も利用したいと思います。

I didn't quite understand when I was told "Only Chinese people can stay here?" when I checked in. There was no such rule when booking a room. It was really outrageous, but I checked in anyway. The service needs to be improved, and I felt very bad!
The environment is not very hygienic and there are many small cockroaches. The pillows are very soft and have no support, making it very difficult to sleep. It collapses after sleeping, one pillow is too low and two pillows are too high. Please come on.
