酒店整潔無異味，麻雀雖小，肝膽俱全，洗衣機烘乾機都有。
地理位置優越，樓下就是地鐵站，距離西湖衹有5站，距離杭州站也是5站，距離蕭山機場24分鐘，交通便捷。
酒店樓下就是商場，連接地鐵站，購物出行非常方便，尤其是帶小孩吃飯，買牛奶酸奶，樓下盒馬一應俱全。

3回目の利用です。
以前にもここに書いたように、ロケーションとホテルの方の対応はとてもよいです。
外国人が泊まれること、値段、ロケーション以外に、自分がこのホテルを選ぶ理由は、部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機があることです。
中長期滞在する場合、洗濯機と乾燥機があるのはとてもありがたいです。
部屋はきれいに掃除されてはいません。
チェックインすると、いつもまずウェットティッシュで、テーブルやタンスなど、使うところを掃除しています。
でも、自分にとっては、洗濯機と乾燥機があるので、これは大きな問題ではなく、かえって部屋に愛着がわく作業になっています。
もちろん、最初からきれいに掃除されているなら、言うことはありませんが。
また、乾燥機、電子レンジ、電灯、トイレの電動の蓋、キッチンの換気扇は、壊れていたり、動作が不安定だったりするので、きちんと点検して保守していただけると、もっとよくなります。
自分は洗濯機と乾燥機がきちんと動いてくれれば、それ以外の設備の不具合は我慢できます。
自分にとってはよいホテルなので、次回も利用したいと思います。
