房間隔音不好，酒店的樂園都很小，節假日不限流，人太多了。
酒店的雨林餐廳性價比很高，酒店服務人員及酒店管家都很熱情。

酒店整個服務都非常好 響應及時 唯一需要提高的是早餐現做麪食和淮南牛肉湯的檔位 排隊太慢了 住了這麼多度假酒店 開元系的排隊都是等得最久的（建議可以跟亞特蘭蒂斯的學一學）

開元森泊整體自然環境優美，人文服務也很貼心，在這裏除了遊玩水泊園等活動，還可以周邊走一走，園區內散步一圈下來，既能收穫鳥語花香，聆聽夏蟲鳴叫，觀看動物，還能走到對面感受湘湖美景，最重要的是讓自己和家人與自然親近，體會旅行帶來的慢生活和快樂。贈送的旅拍服務也很不錯，當天太陽大攝影師專門選了一處陰涼處，青山綠草隨拍即是美景，感謝。
