很適合親子旅遊的酒店，勝在服務很好，設有管家服務。我們這次的管家“青青”全程貼心關照，幾乎是有求必應，讓整個行程體驗度好感拉滿。美中不足的是酒店房間隔音較差，外面走廊的噪音和隔壁房間使用開關按鈕的聲音都很清晰，比較影響休息。但酒店整體服務還是抵消了遺憾，以後有機會還會來。

樹屋的亮點（久居鬧市返自然，涼爽氧吧）毋庸置疑，酒店的遊樂設施適合大童小童一起開心玩爽，有簡單的快樂也有稍稍的刺激。雁來軒的杭幫菜印象深刻，對於經常應酬的也算品嚐無數的我來説廚師的水平已是上乘，餐飲的另一方面即雨林餐廳的早餐，品種豐富、味道鹹淡皆有、南北菜品都有，吃飽既吃好。一次出遊除了以上基本的設施，良好的服務是必不可少的甚至是加分的，不得不提到本次出遊的酒店管家青青，從出行前開始對接，到入住期間的細心提醒、周到的服務，到離店前給我家兩個孩子愛不釋手的贈送伴手禮，可以説無可挑剔，我認為青青管家的工作已經超出了本職工作的水平，讓我們賓至如歸，安心、快樂，希望後會有期，再次遊覽杭州開元森泊，感謝。

The room was large and comfortable, the environment beautiful, with check-in spots everywhere. The park is large and nice for strolling. The many parent-child activities were fun, and the service was excellent. Every staff member was very welcoming, and Nan Nan's housekeeper was also very helpful, coordinating and caring for the child on his own. I'm sure you'll want to try any of the Senbo hotels in other cities in the future.
