總體很滿意，早餐口味很好，還可以在酒店預訂搖擼船，直接就在酒店裡上船。管家Teamo很友好，服務到位。

酒店非常靜謐，環境很好。前台的clark還給我們免費升級的一樓庭院房。第二天訂了遊船，但是大風影響，我們衹坐了一會便被迫下船了，酒店主動退款。服務，體驗，都非常好，很滿意

酒店環境非常不錯，四周景色怡人，乾淨衞生，設計美學優選酒店，鬧中取靜，配套設施完善，休閑度假首選之地。

🌿 A perfect experience like a hidden paradise, thanks to Crayton's thoughtful service! This time I stayed at Mushou Xixi and was completely conquered by the delicacy and poetry of this hotel! From the moment you step into the lobby, the fresh breeze from the wetlands, the light and shadow of the bamboo forest, and the rippling water outside the floor-to-ceiling windows instantly make you feel less tired. I especially want to praise the thoughtful service of Mr. Crayton at the front desk! When checking in, Crayton noticed that we brought a camera with us and recommended some great check-in spots in the hotel. He even booked dinner for us. It was my birthday that day, so he even prepared a small cake for us to celebrate!   The details of the room are even more amazing: you can see the garden scenery while lying down, there is a tea room on the tatami, and a bathtub by the floor-to-ceiling window where you can lie down and look at the stars... It's so relaxing When checking out, the hotel also gave us homemade candles as a gift. Who wouldn’t be touched by such a humane detail? If you come to Hangzhou and want to experience the real "healing feeling of retreat", Mushou Xixi is definitely the best choice, a must-see ✨
