Regarding the location of the hotel you mentioned, Xixi Wetland is large in scope. The hotel is located near the north gate of Xixi Wetland. There may be a conceptual difference from your understanding of the scenic spot visitor center, which has caused you misunderstanding and inconvenience. The parking lot has clear signs at the entrance to guide the entrance to the underground parking lot, but considering the complex surrounding environment, there may be certain unobservable things. We will optimize it in the future to avoid similar phenomena. Regarding the collection of toiletries, the hotel advocates the concept of green environmental protection and encourages guests to take them on demand. It does not limit the number, but just hopes to avoid waste. It may be that the improper communication method caused your misunderstanding.
