總體感覺一般。
優點：
1.離浙大玉泉校區北門較近，步行5分鐘左右，適合浙大遊學的家庭。周邊交通方便，離地鐵5分鐘。周邊飲食娛樂都挺方便，消費不高，酒店門口有一家餐廳，晚上的燒烤挺不錯（炒菜按各人口味去評價）。酒店馬路斜對面有幾家過早都還不錯。
2.空調效果還好，空調下有架子可以臨時掛曬衣服，3樓平台可以晾曬衣服。雖然是在路邊，晚上休息還好，不太吵。
缺點：
1.無電梯，需上下爬樓梯，對於行李過重的遊客不方便。
2.房間設施嚴重老化，考慮到價格因素，適當容忍。關鍵是衞生間頂棚漏水，排風扇就像斷氣的老牛，吱呀作響還沒效果。
3.最不能忍受，一晚上沒看見蚊子，腿上、耳朵後、手肘處被咬的到處都是包，大包，巨癢，搽蚊不叮和花露水都不見效果的。

房間裏的設施比較老舊，然後衞生間也有味兒。
但是老闆人挺好的，讓我免費用他家的水管子把車沖洗乾淨了。就這個價位，臨時湊合一晚上沒啥問題。照片我也不發了，祝老闆生意興隆吧。
