房間還是不錯的，客房服務也是很好，出來旅遊不算旺季但是人也是個不少，酒店地址位置不錯，房型也是我比較滿意的，入住耽誤了一點三點多入住，後面又續住了三晚，在杭州的這幾天四晚都住在這裏，可見對這家酒店的滿意了

二大二小出行，住的家庭房，性價比高，離西湖斷橋衹要十分鐘，早晚我們都會去西湖邊走走，想隨時去西湖邊走走的，值得一住。

酒店非常乾淨，前台服務很好，有需要協助的地方非常親切，行程中剛好遇到颱風，前台幫了很大的忙。
住了三晚感覺很舒適，下次再來杭州會優先考慮住宿。
