前台服務態度非常差，前台小哥不講誠信，還有一位又黑又瘦的前台小姐姐説話死難聽，盡瞎咋呼，希望酒店加強員工培訓。
房間非常的小，地面濕滑，沒有防滑措施，房間通風效果不好，黴味較重，房間洗漱用品很少，還有一個迷你的洗手池，服務與體驗感與價格不符，整體體驗感太差。

這次來杭州玩，圖方便選了武林路這家如家。位置是真沒得挑！離西湖邊走路也就十幾分鍾，晚上逛完西湖溜達回酒店挺舒服的。武林夜市那塊兒就在旁邊，晚上想吃點宵夜啥的選擇特別多，很熱鬧。
前台辦入住挺麻利的，兩個小姑娘態度也不錯。房間嘛，就是標準的如家感覺，不大，但該有的都有，收拾得還算乾淨整潔。我住的那個房間窗户對着後面的居民樓，不過白天都在外面玩，晚上回來拉上窗簾睡覺也還好，不吵。床鋪睡着還行，就是枕頭對我來説稍微軟了點。
隔音的話…嗯，能聽到走廊有人説話走路的聲音，但晚上11點後基本就安靜了，能接受。空調製冷效果不錯，就是剛開的時候聲音有點點大。
衞生間比較緊湊，熱水來得快，水壓也足，洗個澡沒問題。洗漱用品就是普通快捷酒店那種，自己帶了所以沒用。WiFi速度還行，刷視頻沒卡。
最滿意的還是地理位置和價格。這個地段，這個價錢，真的算性價比很高了。適合像我們這種預算有限，主要在外面玩，對酒店要求就是乾淨、方便、能睡個安穩覺的遊客。如果是追求特別寬敞或者豪華體驗的，那可能不太合適。

地理位置非常方便，房間這個價位算是CP值很高了，但是我住在靠近電梯的房間，晚上電梯運行真的是挺大聲，不過這兩天我初期睡得很舒適很熟睡
