房間挺乾淨的，窗口看出去就是茶園和去財神廟的纜車，雖然隔音一般，但是會有提醒客人晚上10點以後不要大聲喧嘩的告知，晚上我覺得還是挺安靜的，説3點可以改善的地方，一個要是能增加早餐就好了，還有一個，房間裏增加防滑墊還有門把手修理一下，最後一個，洗澡洗澡一半，同伴上洗手間沖水後，明顯水變得很小，過了一會兒好了，除了這三點其他都很滿意。

為了初五去財神廟特意定的民宿，出門右轉就是纜車，周圍餐飲很多，可以外賣，房間雖小，但就睡個覺也夠了，前台小哥服務很好，有問必答，明年去的話還會預訂。

房間景觀很好，地理位置非常方便，到靈隱寺衹需要幾分鐘，周邊美食很多。房間衞生整潔乾淨，一層有小院直接能看到茶園景色，還有周邊的小貓零距離接觸互動，酒店服務周到細緻，建議朋友們在周邊做選擇時不要猶豫來茶墅感受一下。

房間很小非常小，體驗感很差，不會再續住。房子像是院子裏鋼結構加個頂，不好的體驗，配不上這個價格！

陽台遮擋，外面是土院子，景觀很不好。定的帶陽台的標間就在一樓 樓梯口，陽台被圈起了基本不透光還是陰面 陽台外面沒有景色就衹是個土院子 基本這種民宿就是住自然環境的 但就一天也懶得退了。
再一個就是房間隔音非常不好 我朋友早上被前台説話聲吵醒 接着就是狗叫了一小時 很影響休息
環境 居住品質跟價格不匹配 但是服務還行

説實話，臨時定的做好心裏建設的，沒想到環境不錯，衞生也不錯，智能馬桶，空調效果也好，洗澡也很暖和可能開車比較累反正感覺比家裡洗的舒服😆，空間是小了些，能接受也沒網友們説的那個不好，樓下茶園邊喝茶能看到北高峯的纜車，我到的太晚停車很不方便，第二天初一趕着上香也沒能喝茶，不過一樓喝茶確實不錯
