酒店設施：房間很大有配茶包掛耳咖啡，這個價位能訂到性價比很高了，衞生乾淨整潔，周圍綠化美麗，還有配24小時健身洗衣房都是免費的～
服務：從一進門就前台就很熱情的打招呼，入住退房過程也很愉快，後面落下東西Matana聯繫我幫忙寄回很感謝。
下次入住還會再選擇。

I booked this hotel on a last-minute business trip. The service was surprisingly good. The lobby is grand, with drinks available in the lounge area. The room was exceptionally large and well-equipped. The shower gel smelled delicious, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well. You can also earn IHG points at the Ctrip flagship store, so I think the value is excellent. It's also very conveniently located near the subway station. You can call a taxi right from the hotel lobby. Matana at the front desk greeted me and helped me contact the driver. The service was excellent.

The decor is reasonable, the amenities are very useful, and the room is spacious. However, I didn't expect the TV to not be able to cast screens, which has been possible at other Yiheng hotels I've stayed at so far. Also, there was a problem with the map location. Cars should be able to drive into the lobby, but no one ever did.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was quite nice. The only problem was that on the first day, the cleaning staff probably forgot to provide bath towels and hand towels. We called and received them, but we misheard. They only provided hand towels and floor towels. Everything was fine the next few days. I hope they'll pay more attention to details. Also, I hope breakfast can be replenished more quickly. A lot of times, things ran out and weren't replenished. Having a gym mat is nice and convenient for exercise.
