早餐和下午茶可以送到房間，位置離西湖也很近，晚飯後可以散步到西湖邊，周邊有很多小吃和網紅餐館。

首先，位置很好，步行可以到西湖，距離景點都不遠。
其次，出了小路就是動物園公交站，周圍也有共享單車，打車也可以直接在酒店門口。
除此之外，酒店在最頂，私密安靜，下午茶和歡迎水果都很不錯，早飯也很好吃，滿足南北方口味，拍照也很好看。
最值得一提的就是服務，非常好！不僅微笑服務並且非常周到貼心！洗烘燙服務也很好，第一天晚上很晚淋濕的衣服早起就收到了。
（唯一希望改進的就是咖啡稍微差點意思，但是是免費的，可以換成氣泡水一類的，不挑人羣，適口性更強，一點點微不足道的無傷大雅 總的還是真的推薦這個酒店 ）
給接待的小姐姐一個超級好評！
