Hangzhou Water Museum Tao Hotel

I stayed at Daogu Hotel with my two grandchildren. I liked it very much. The environment is beautiful, the service is thoughtful, it is clean and tidy, and it has five-star praise.

The environment is amazing. Every shot is a masterpiece. I brought my kids here for a competition and they had a blast. Many facilities offer unlimited entry and exit on the same day, which is very user-friendly. There are also many breakfast options and a sightseeing bus shuttle. I decided to stay another night. It is very suitable for a family trip.

This hotel is located in Hangzhou's Water Expo Park. Besides this hotel, there's another hotel sharing the entire area. The rooms here are more like rooms in a converted villa apartment. The staircase leading up to the first floor has a strong musty smell. I suggest cleaning this area during housekeeping. I've stayed here several times because it's close to my parents' place. The surroundings are quite nice, but the following suggestions could be improved. 1. The service could be improved. After all, this is a converted villa. They could provide more post-check-in guidance, such as providing the Wi-Fi password and breakfast information. 2. The family room we booked, which normally costs around 1,000+, only came with two breakfasts. The room had a king-size bed and bunk beds. We must have booked this room with children, but it wasn't included. We requested an additional breakfast, but it was unsuccessful. The breakfast in the room was also unreasonable. The room amenities and toiletries were designed for families, but only two breakfasts were provided. 3. The elevator lobby had a strong musty smell.
