Objective evaluation: I booked two nights in Hangzhou because I had stayed at Orange Hotel before and it was pretty good. However, this stay experience left me speechless. First of all, when checking in, they specifically said that the sleep quality was not good and they would try not to arrange a street-facing room. Of course, everyone may have a different understanding of street-facing rooms, but the last room they arranged for me had a constant flow of cars on the elevated road on the left all night, and there was a road in front. At that time, I closed the window and put on earplugs and felt that it was acceptable and I didn't want to change it. As a result, the next night, there was a sound of water flowing from the wall between the toilet and the bed from time to time, which made it impossible to sleep. I contacted the front desk at almost 12 o'clock in the evening to ask someone to come up and see. There was indeed this problem. The current solution was to let me move to the next room without packing my luggage to sleep for a night. I agreed and went to the next room to sleep, after all, I had to travel the next day. Then before the customer service left, they took the initiative to say that in order to facilitate the processing of a room card for a new room, they would send it up. At that moment, I asked them to send it up as soon as possible because it was already midnight and I was very sleepy. The customer service said yes, and then I lay on the bed without sleeping, turning off the lights, or playing with my phone, thinking that the room card would be sent up soon. As a result, it didn't come after waiting for 10 or 20 minutes. I called the front desk and they said that they thought it was very late and were afraid of disturbing their rest, so they had sent a text message to inform me that they would not send the room card!!! I was really impressed by this. I clearly said when I left, "Please send it up as soon as possible, which means I will wait." So this wave of magical operations directly made me have a very bad impression of Orange Hotel when I stayed in Hangzhou this time, which seriously affected my rest. It was outrageous! ! ! !
