這麼多年的攜程用户，經常訂各地的酒店，説實話，這家是我以及家人家目前入住體驗最差的一次！！！我花500+大洋，房間電視機沒有，投影更別説了，還是沒有！榻榻米的軟墊外殼臟兮兮的，喝水杯子也沒洗乾淨！想讓酒店提供一次性杯子，竟然告知沒有……淋浴間的熱水温度時熱時冷。晚上睡覺關燈，開關上沒有任何標簽提示控制哪些燈，你得輪番試過……房間的隔音效果真是極差，躺在床上，竟然可以聽見牆外的雨聲，不是玻璃外的雨聲，是牆外！樓上用水的聲音，就感覺是在自己房間裏，樓道間各種吵雜聲，一直要到凌晨1/2點……無語！差評！真不會第二次入住！

這次入住的酒店在房間户型上給了我不少驚喜。預訂的房型空間佈局很合理，沒有那種侷促感，採光也做得不錯，白天不用開燈也能保持明亮，傢俱擺放得恰到好處，既實用又不顯得雜亂，整體住起來挺舒服的。
不過，早餐方面就有些不盡如人意了。菜品的種類不算豐富，選擇比較有限，而且口味上也沒什麼特色，大多中規中矩。部分熱菜的温度沒有保持好，影響了口感。希望酒店能在早餐上多花些心思，無論是菜品多樣性還是品質把控都能再提升一下，這樣整體體驗會更完善。

房間不錯，很乾凈，但是沒有電梯，衹能從1號樓或者2號樓的電梯坐到2樓，再從平台走過去，，所以提着行李上下樓梯很不方便。早餐有吃到餿了的玉米。冷泉灣很好玩。

房間很新，環境衞生還是很可以的，唯一的問題就是外賣不能送上樓，一定要自己下樓拿，我們住在9號樓，到大廳還是很遠的，建議可以有機器人送或者允許外賣送上樓，這樣更方便一點，不過下次來我還是會住這裏，風景是真的好

是在風之谷景區旁邊，景色還不錯，但夏天也沒法玩，設施都沒弄好，房間裏有很濃的裝修味道，床單也不是很乾凈，我們帶着孩子，行李很多，沒人主動幫我們拿一下，我開口請他們幫忙，工作人員情願在旁邊聊天，冷冰冰來一句，我們沒有推車的，早飯更是難吃到無語，最好的就是第二晚可以退，不然住兩晚要瘋了
