房間雖然不大，但是不管是服務還是整體的設施都很好。離西湖也比較近，周圍很安靜，完全是天然氧吧。小宋的服務真的挺好。

店家服務態度很好，酒店位置非常優越，位於西湖景區茅家埠內，離各個景點都很近，公交打車都方便，酒店旁邊就是湖濱路，一路上很多餐飲店，飲茶吃飯都方便。美中不足的是房間裝修有一點小粗糙，剛打開門時還有點潮濕。
