先説亮點，早餐還算豐富，位置離西湖也還近。但離西湖近的壞處是堵車得厲害，原本二十分鐘左右的路程開了一小時。原本是衝著老房子特色去的，後來發現不是老房子，當然復古特色也是費了一番心思的。噪音較大，窗外面的電梯還有裏面空調聲音較大，我是帶着耳塞睡的。設施設備有壞的。沒洗衣的，炎熱的夏天不能忍受這個就沒續住。服務沒感覺有多好吧，説好的特色旗袍體驗我自己沒提也就沒人提起了。

設備老舊，房間小。房間和外面走廊（房間外部）充滿濃濃的下水道的味道。喝水、刷牙的水杯竟然是一次性的紙杯。
