前台不職業 溝通問題前後矛盾 房間轉椅有很大的嘎吱聲音

房間不算超大但佈局很合理，一點不擠。床品特別舒服，枕頭軟硬剛好，出差累了一天，躺上去秒睡。衞生也做得到位，桌面、衞生間都乾乾淨淨，連角落都沒看到灰塵，讓人住着放心。

個人挺喜歡司機這個品牌。杭州中心四季鬧中取靜，客房整體都很舒適，早餐也很好，細節處盡顯品質，住得超舒心。

The service was great, from calling to booking the baby crib at the front desk, they were very attentive. We changed hotels temporarily, notified the hotel to install the fence, and checked in, which took only 20 minutes. The hotel staff helped us arrange the room, and the room arrangement was very attentive. The service was thoughtful! I will book again when I go to Hangzhou in the future.

One city, two seasons, the corner room with high-altitude view is very unique, the bathroom is bright and transparent, which makes people happy; the Starry Bar has just opened, and the drinks + constellation base are unique. The pre-mix and return visit are very active and meticulous. Manager Emily handles the needs in a timely manner, is enthusiastic and generous, and looks forward to coming again next time~
