Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors in the hotel, but we cannot stop some self-centered guests. After all, we will not enter and exit other people's rooms at will. You arrived at the hotel at 12:32 noon, and the front desk told you that the King-size bed room you originally booked had not been cleaned yet. Because all our platforms indicate check-in after 14:00, you asked to upgrade and check in as soon as possible. We have already explained The upgraded room had just been checked out and hadn't been cleaned yet. You went to eat right after and asked us to urge the cleaning staff to clean. When we took you to the room later, the housekeeper also specifically said that the room had just been cleaned and the floor was not dry. The room was not well ventilated. You said it would not affect your stay and you could check in directly. . So we upgraded your room for free. Umbrellas are the hotel-specific umbrellas that our hotel custom-made.
