設施：酒店很有設計感，行政酒廊禮遇也很舒服 服務：蘭管家入住介紹和服務很貼心，退房時候行李員以及管家Sarah yilla 張世龍，服務也很周到，居然還記得入住的時候，我的女朋友腸胃不適，很人性化暖心的服務

整體體驗都是滿意的，我遇到的工作人員服務都是極好的，特別要表揚一下Angel和Tina ，下次去杭州會首選這家酒店。

Hangzhou Tonino Lamborghini Rosso Hotel, full marks for details! 👍🏻 🌟 The service team is textbook-level 🌟 Coco, the assistant lobby manager, and Yilia, the front desk manager, took the initiative to care for the whole process, from the careful explanation at check-in to the warm greetings at check-out, reflecting their professionalism everywhere; Candy, the restaurant manager, was warm and polite, and answered all questions without getting tired of it; the most surprising thing was the several tall and handsome brothers in the lobby - whether it was the soft whispers when moving luggage, or the daily welcoming and sending off, it made people feel at home! There is also a double surprise of the hotel that must be praised: 1 is the free Cantonese tea every morning to amaze the taste buds! Breakfast is served until 10:30, which is good news for those of us who stay in bed! 2. The hotel's 5F executive lounge has a self-service refreshment that exceeds expectations: you can enjoy exquisite business afternoon tea with your room card, tiramisu and various desserts are dense and delicious, various coffees and black teas are perfect with freshly baked scones, fruit tarts are made daily, and even various candies and nuts are exquisitely presented!
