夜晚房間安靜，一早起來空氣好，聽的到鳥嗚聲，且房間陽光充足，衣服晚上洗，隔天出門回來就乾了，另櫃枱服務非常好，因為沒有內地門號不方便叫車，還幫忙代叫車，真的非常感謝，重點步行即可到達杭州動物園看可愛的大熊貓春生和香果

房間設施乾淨整潔，因為下雨有點冷，服務員馬上送來一床被子，並且當時套好被罩，用着放心、暖心，服務人員幫助拿行李和包包，感謝他們的熱情款待。
